**Black's Smuggler ships within the United States except where restricted by law.**
The exception to this would be if a state's regulations are so restrictive that sales and shipping are not financially feasible for us.
Our shipping method is through VinoShipper. Our online SHOP page takes you seamlessly to the page where you can view the wines, place items in your shopping cart and pay for your purchases. UPS is our means of delivery. UPS cannot deliver to a mailbox. If delivering to your home address or work address is not possible, your order can be shipped to a UPS Store, a Michael's store or any designated UPS Access Point location. You will be required to show Proof of Age (Over 21) with a State Issued ID.
